We believe your 1st visit carries great importance for your dental care and the future of your oral health. At this appointment we not only take the time to perform a full and thorough examination but also to make you feel relaxed and comfortable in what can be a stressful environment for many of you.
As part of your initial evaluation x-rays may be needed to provide us with further information so we can best evaluate your individual treatment needs.
No single treatment is best for each patient and we understand people have different wants and needs. Therefore a selection of individualized treatment plans will be presented to you in a straight forward and understandable format.
Q: What should I bring?
- If you have been referred, please bring the referral form/letter and any x-rays from your dentist
- A list of medications you are currently taking – download the Medical History form and complete this in your own time at home to bring along on the day or your appointment
- Any dental insurance forms you carry
