At the Burlington Dental Clinic, we strive to accommodate all patients and to do so, we have a cancellation policy for last-minute cancellations and failure to attend confirmed appointments. We kindly ask all our patients to give 24 hours’ notice to cancel any appointment. All appointments are required to be confirmed prior to your attendance.
REMINDERS:
- We provide email reminders as well as SMS reminders prior to every appointment.
- If a patient does not reply to any of the reminders ourreception also tries to contact them by phone call and email.
When the patient cannot be reached to confirm the appointment by 3pm on the day before your scheduled appointment, our clinic will cancel the booking automatically.
FEE:
We understand that sometimes cancellations cannot be avoided due to emergencies, and we will take all valid circumstances into account. Failing to attend or cancellingwithin 24 hours may be subject to a charge of €60.00 up to €120.00. The amount will depend on the length of the appointment and is at the discretion of the clinician.
